Square footage is the starting point. Weekly mowing starts at $45 for lawns up to 4,000 sq ft and steps up with size, up to $180 to $200 for 30,000 to 40,000 sq ft. Thomas measures the lawn himself and confirms the final price before scheduling.
Most customers go weekly. Bi-weekly service takes more time and heavier cutting, so it runs 25 to 30% more than the weekly rate (a $60 weekly cut becomes $75 bi-weekly).
Yes. One-time or overgrown cuts run 1.5 times the normal weekly rate with a $100 minimum. Once the yard is on a consistent schedule, pricing drops back to the normal rate.
